Chuck Gompertz - Senior Associate


> Chuck has more than thirty years of experience in business as an executive and as a consultant and advisor to business executives. His combination of business experience with service as a clergyman in the Episcopal Church, gives him a unique combination of expertise to work with executives and management teams.

> Chuck served as the Manager of the Ross Valley Human Services Center, where he led a professional and clerical staff of 50 people. He served in the Marin County Mental Health Program as Mental Health Educator and Chief of Community Services.

> Chuck served as Director of Organization Development for Broyles Management Company, where he developed and conducted management development programs, needs assessments, consulting projects and executive search assignments for major corporations.

> Chuck's professional focus is the development of human resources in the areas of:

- Management and leadership development

- Employee productivity

- Sales force effectiveness

> He does extensive individual coaching with executives who wish to improve their personal capabilities to lead people and organizations.

> Chuck is an informative and entertaining speaker. Each year he speaks to corporate audiences and industry groups on subjects, which include:

> Chuck is a graduate of the University of California Berkeley with a B.A. Degree in Letters and Science. He earned a Master's Degree at the Church Divinity School of the Pacific (Episcopal).
